Your initial estimate will cover the cost for the first year installation, as well as the rates for the following years.

Absolutely! We exclusively use commercial-grade LED bulbs that have a longer lifespan, along with socket wire that is custom cut to fit each building. These high-quality products are only available through commercial suppliers, not big box stores.

Absolutely! We provide a wide variety of LED bulb colors for you to choose from, including popular options like traditional color patterns, warm white*, and even a festive red and white candy cane design.

*Warm white is more of a golden tone and is the most popular. Cool white is a pure white color that can be more intense, but it looks great mixed with other colors.  

Unfortunately, we cannot install lights that we do not provide, as we cannot guarantee their quality or workmanship. For more information, please refer to our warranty policy.

As the season comes to a close, you will receive an email with our projected takedown dates. We offer free storage for your lights in our warehouse. If you have a special request for early removal or would like to keep them up longer, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, keeping in mind that this is also dependent on weather conditions. Please note that our policy is that lights will not be taken down until full payment is received. 

No problem at all! We collaborate closely with local HOAs and will follow their rules and schedules. They also coordinate with us in case weather conditions pose a safety concern for our installation crews.

You will own the lights; they are yours once you purchase them in the first year. There is no contract involved, and you can opt out of our services at any time after the first year.

No, we provide an automatic timer that we can set up for you. We also have a video on how to set the timer is you prefer to set it yourself.

While we can't guarantee a specific installation or takedown date, we will do our best to accommodate any special requests with sufficient notice. Please keep in mind that the season is short and our schedule fills up quickly, and weather conditions can also affect our timeline. If you have a party or event planned, we will certainly make every effort to meet your needs.

No, you do not need to be home for exterior installations. Our trained installation crews are professional, safe, and efficient, and they can complete the installation without your presence. Most customers are not home during the installation or takedown. However, if you need to be home to provide access to outlets, we will coordinate with you in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

We can either drop off or mail your lights to your new address. If you’re staying local, we can customize the materials you already own for your new property and adjust the pricing accordingly. Alternatively, you can sell them to the new homeowner, and send us the referral.

Everything we install is removable, so there will be no evidence that our lights were ever there—no holes, nails, hooks, screws, or damage! We use clips that attach securely to shingles and gutters. For metal roofs, we staple the lights under the fascia to prevent slipping snow from dislodging them.

Yes, you can leave lights up on buildings and architectural features! However, they must be stapled for long-term use, and regular maintenance will be required. For trees and other foliage, we recommend removing the lights at the end of the season to promote the health of the living plants and wildlife. As trees grow, they can become damaged if they expand beyond the installed lights.

Yes, we do! Our Hanukkah lighting designs typically feature white lights along with our vibrant blue lights. We also install customer-owned menorahs, but please note that we do not sell, rent, or lease menorahs at this time.

Simply send a picture of your building along with your name, address, phone number, and a brief description of the surrounding features (such as trees, shrubs, and columns).
